How to read these
These papers are the reasoning behind the practice, not evidence of its results. They set out models, mechanisms and standards. Where a paper describes an observed pattern across participants, it is describing observation — not a controlled trial.
The measured record, and what can and cannot be concluded from it, is kept separately.
Written in twelve languages
Every paper in the Observatory exists in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi and Turkish. The work is remote and worldwide; the reading should be too.
