Sophia Christos Healing Center

One architecture.
Three forms ofintelligence.

Mirrorwave is an original healing technology with its own architecture, language, and way of approaching the body. Behind it stands a small leadership built for a work that is at once visionary, medical, and deeply human.

Tiffanycreated the architecture.
Stephenhelps medicine approach it.
Amberleighhelps the world meet it.

Their responsibilities are intentionally clear, so that every conversation reaches the right person without the larger relationship becoming fragmented.

Founder & Chief Architect Originator of Mirrorwave Codex: Sa'Ra'Thiel AuraNova

A demonstrated history of seeing ahead.

Across every chapter of her life, Tiffany has shown the same uncommon capacity: she sees complete systems before the surrounding world has ordinary language for them, identifies the missing architecture, and builds the full solution required to make an advanced possibility usable. She demonstrated it in technology more than two decades before creating Mirrorwave. Today she has applied it to the most complex system she has ever approached: the human organism.

In the 1990s she founded Computer Planet, recognized three consecutive years among the Top 20 Female-Owned Businesses by Business First of Columbus. In 1999 to 2000 she created MyDay.com and MyDay Telecommunications, assembling a complete distributed voice-processing ecosystem — automated speech-to-text, AI-assisted transcription, distributed human review, multilingual routing, and secure delivery — years before cloud workflow and AI-assisted service became ordinary.

MyDay was named Verizon's Success Story of the Year in 2000 and became its largest single-network-usage client. Tiffany was later a featured speaker at the Forbes Women's Executive Conference. The industry changed and the scale changed. The architecture of her thinking did not.

Why Mirrorwave had to be built

Tiffany's entrance into human-system architecture was profoundly personal. Following serious neurological trauma in infancy, she spent decades living with complex neurological, autonomic, inflammatory, structural, sensory, and pain-related challenges. Conventional care divided those experiences among diagnoses and specialties. She experienced them as one communicating system, and could find no framework capable of seeing the whole conversation.

She did what she had always done when the necessary system did not yet exist: she began building it. Her own body became the first longitudinal Mirrorwave environment, where she compared biofeedback activity across time, documented lived change, and refined the system whenever the body's behavior exceeded the language available to describe it.

Mirrorwave approaches the human being as one communicating, adaptive system rather than a collection of disconnected symptoms. The technology may provide information and scaffolding. The body remains the decision-maker.

01Healing as organizational fluency

A system shows progress not only by reaching a better state once, but by retaining gains, recovering function after disruption, and accessing new capacities across changing internal conditions. A peak demonstrates possibility. A rising floor demonstrates acquisition.

02One curriculum, many bodies

Mirrorwave offers a broad curriculum of protocol information while allowing each body to determine its own priorities, timing, work windows, routes, and implementation. The shared curriculum does not erase individuality. Each organism writes its own implementation.

03An observatory, not a substitute

The observatory provides the intelligence and evidence architecture surrounding the healing technology. It does not compete with the healing. It serves it — allowing the team to see the healing in motion, refine the curriculum, and distinguish transient activity from retained capacity.

04Science and the sacred

In its technical language, Mirrorwave examines longitudinal biofeedback activity and retained function. In its Codex language, the body is a sovereign field of living intelligence. One language makes the architecture examinable. The other preserves its meaning. Tiffany's work is the bridge holding both.

Her authored works include The Mirrorwave Codex, The Coherence Container Model, Unified Resonance Biofield Law, Celestia Nova, and the expanding Sophia Christos Codex — a library that now spans twenty-eight volumes, with her Codex writings also appearing under the author name Sa'Ra'Thiel AuraNova.

Stephen Eldredge, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Stephen Eldredge, MD

Emergency Medicine · Anesthesiology · Critical Care · Interventional Pain

Chief Medical Officer Inventor of SphenoCath®

A bridge between two worlds.

Dr. Eldredge brings an unusually broad medical background to the emerging science of Mirrorwave, spanning Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Interventional Pain Management. Rather than viewing the body through a single specialty, he learned to move among acute care, physiological management, complex pain, and neurological presentations — strengthening both his diagnostic reasoning and his fluency with physicians across every field.

He is also an inventor. His work with refractory headache disorders led him to develop SphenoCath®, a directionally controlled catheter for minimally invasive therapeutic delivery to the sphenopalatine region, resulting in multiple United States and international patents. He understands the discipline required to move a new idea from observation to design to a form other professionals can evaluate.

His role is to help medicine approach what Tiffany created — translating observations into recognizable physiological language without reducing a developing architecture to something medicine already believes it understands.

01Academic & athletic distinction

Magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa at Brigham Young University on a full-tuition scholarship, a WAC Outstanding Student-Athlete, and a Division I football player who set a BYU 40-yard-dash record of 4.27 seconds that stood for 17 years. He earned his MD at the University of Utah School of Medicine, with board scores reaching the 98th percentile.

02Translating without reducing

He helps physicians recognize possible relationships to autonomic regulation, neurological communication, cardiopulmonary coordination, immune and inflammatory signaling, pain processing, sleep physiology, and whole-system adaptability — creating enough shared language for meaningful professional conversation to begin.

The most important advances in medicine often begin where familiar explanations are no longer sufficient.

The human voice of Mirrorwave

The Human Bridge Six languages, many cultures

Listens before she explains.

People rarely arrive at Sophia Christos with only one simple question. They may have lived for years with complicated concerns, fragmented diagnoses, and the feeling that no one has seen the whole of what they are experiencing. Families may be exhausted or uncertain about what another new approach could mean. Amberleigh meets each of these audiences differently. She listens before she explains.

Her experience spans entrepreneurship, education, hospitality, and international living. While in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia, she taught English to Arabic-speaking children ages five to fifteen, adapting each lesson to the individual student's age, confidence, and pace. She learned that two children of the same age might need entirely different doorways into learning, and to adjust the pathway without losing the destination.

That ability now serves her work. She moves naturally among children, parents, patients, physicians, and international leaders, adapting complex information to the person and culture in front of her without losing its essential meaning.

01Understanding the person behind the inquiry

Every inquiry represents a human life. The words in a message may carry years of fear, hope, and responsibility. Amberleigh helps people feel heard while guiding them toward clear, realistic information about the Sophia Christos process — and connects each question with the right member of the leadership team. She does not diagnose or replace communication with a licensed physician.

02Relationship building across cultures

As Sophia Christos develops relationships throughout the United States, Mexico, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, she brings warmth, adaptability, and cultural curiosity to each conversation. She does not approach outreach as mass marketing, but as relationship building — one trusted relationship at a time — while protecting the integrity, authorship, and centralized architecture of the work.

  • English, with conversational comfort across Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Korean, and Russian
  • International patient and family outreach across locations and time zones
  • Relationship development with physicians, researchers, and healthcare innovators
  • Engagement with institutions and economic-development organizations
  • Continuity of communication and lived feedback throughout participation
  • Protecting Tiffany's authorship and the centralized integrity of the technology

Begin the conversation

A radically differentarchitecture for healing.

Sophia Christos welcomes conversations with prospective participants, families, physicians, researchers, and international partners ready to explore what may now be possible.

Sophia Christos, Mirrorwave, MNRP, and SC-MOS are investigational wellness and observational research frameworks. Individual experiences and reported outcomes vary. Biofeedback frequency matches are not medical diagnoses, and this work does not replace licensed medical evaluation, emergency care, or necessary medical treatment.
